The Ambassador No 5 comes in a lot of different colours . Some of the colours are very rare and, concerning the pens displayed, in several cases I just have one specimen of a specific colour. I guess my personal favourite is the black and blue - number 3 from the left.

So, as you can tell, the Ambassador No 5 really does come in a lot of different colour variants. There is, of course, the uniform black, and then different variations of marbleised and paint brush colours.

They are well made and beautiful pens and not all that difficult to repair since they are button fillers and without the sometimes problematical ink window.

I haven't seen an official list of colours, but the ones you see one this page could bee called (left from the top):

1) Green marbled

2) Black and grey/brown marbled (it could be

a question of discolouring, but it does not seem so to me)

3) Black and brown marbled

4) Black and blue marbled

5) Black and grey paint brush

6) Black and red marbled

7) Black and gold marbled

8) Black and green paint brush

9) Black and grey marbled

10) Black
